PTA
All parents, grandparents and carers automatically become a member of the Totley All Saints PTA – or as we affectionately call ourselves: The Fun’d Raisers! We are essentially a fund-raising body which aims to enhance the quality of education for children at our school and to improve their experience by providing equipment and facilities which the school itself may not be able to fund.
Committee:
The current PTA Team is made up of:
James Mitchell (Chair)
David Moore (Treasurer)
Paul Lazenby (Secretary)
Hannah Folger
Danielle Scivill
Throughout the year, we hold a number of events some of which are annual such as the summer & Christmas Fairs & some are just for the children e.g. Easter Egg Hunt or School Discos. Some are aimed at the whole family and some allow you a night out without the children. We are also very fortunate to receive support and donations from individuals and businesses.
Many hands make light work and we are always looking for people to help out even if it is just the odd half hour here and there – it all adds up, can be great fun and will benefit your child too. You could simply attend an event, make a donation or become more involved with the organisation and planning of a fundraiser or spending project. Many companies like to support schools and it could be possible that your company would be able to offer services or products that would help us in some way.
PTA meetings are held once per term either at school or at one of the local pubs – see the school calendar for dates. We always welcome new ideas and contributions from everyone.
Everyone is welcome to come along to PTA meetings or events – so please do!!

Easy Fundraising:
An easy way to help raise funds for the school is to shop online at www.easyfundraising.org.uk. It won’t cost you a penny extra and by shopping with any of the 600+ well known retailers featured on the site (including NEXT, Amazon, Marks & Spencer, John Lewis, Boots etc) you will generate a FREE donation for the school of around 3-5% of your purchase. The money is raised by commission given by the retailers.
The team have been extremely successful & have raised lots of money. They’ve funded many different things from books for ‘Book Club’, Learn Pads, play equipment & subsidising some trips. The team also purchased a Magnificent Climbing Wall with plans to further improve the school play areas!
As a school we’re really grateful for all that they do – as well as the support of our amazing parents & carers!!
Stikins
We are also registered with the stikins.co.uk fundraising scheme, & earn 30% commission every time our school fundraising number is quoted. Stikins name labels are a thoroughly modern alternative to sew-in name tapes and iron-on name tags. They simply stick on to the wash-care label of clothing and fabric items or directly onto personal items as shoes labels, lunchbox labels, school labels, and general purpose name tags. Designed for busy families, Stikins are multipurpose name labels that allow parents to label dozens of items quickly and easily, with no fuss, no mess, and not an iron or sewing needle in sight!
If you would like to order some Stikins, then please use this link in order that we get the commission.
